ROTTFEST 666 (Belfast)

Just heard about this Metal Fest to be heald in Belfast on 06/06/06.
Apparently TESTAMENT and DEVILDRIVER are lined up along with a host of local Irish and Northern Irish bands.

Anyone else know anything about it…???

its on the devil driver website as of now, tickets will be sodl thru ticketmaster afaik from what i was told @ the rotterdam bar after the trivium ulster hall gig.

maybe a week or 2, if ur not sure give the rotterdam bar a ring and ask :D

this is N.irelands first open air metal festival and all the guys are working their wee nuts off to make this the fuckin craziest all dayer belfast has ever seen… so be expecting more than just bands Laughing

Ten years are an awesome band btw. this will be a nice warm up before heading off to download \m/ good local bands too.

i believe it has been organised by the rotterdam bar and they got permission to hold it as an outdoor event in barrow square

Would get a much bigger turnout if it was held on the weekend closest to the date.

HFC are a class band (well, they were - haven’t seen them since the vocalist left?!?)

saw them as a five piece, then four piece and last i heard they are now a three piece (not sure how this will work as the vocalist was the tits)! used to work with andy, the guitarist and he is a top bloke as is his brother pete who was in a band the name of which escapes me…

anyway, excellent very energetic live band
