Polar Bear? Really?

I’d say Polar Bear, Teethgrinder and Walk Through Darkness were the best three songs of the night.

Deffo agree with Stories and Isolation tho.

Knives I agree with too.

But Nowhere is probably the second most well known T? track so I think they’d struggle to drop it. Although, with only one guitar it does sound a little empty at times.

How about some Punishment Kiss, Suing God?

I’d love to hear Little Tongues First and Bad Karma live,though I know BK was never an especially popular song (at least I did get to hear it live once).

I think it was played at the LA2 (or Meanfiddler) a while back, it is good live, that and 10 Year Plan.

I thought potato junkie was meant to be the great singalong closer or in the encore not the first song, i would of ended with Potato Junkie and started with Rise Up and scrapped isolation.

i dont know, 70 mins would be about right, it would lose momentum if it was too long a set.

Of course come May there should be more tracks off the new album too

I would’ve liked to hear moment of clarity…

I don’t see anything wrong with starting a set with a traditional closer… it’s certainly not what everyone expects, and it gets those who are 50/50 about getting involved and jumping around doing just that. I remember seeing T? in Portsmouth a few years back, feeling pretty knackered, having seen a couple of other shows that week and out of nowhere, they opened with Knives. I couldn’t help myself… :)

Last week I went to see Less Than Jake, and they opened with Gainsville Rock City, then History of a Boring Town, followed by All My Best Friends Are Metalheads. Arguably three of their best live songs #1, #2 and #3. That didn’t spoil the rest of the show, and certainly started it with a bang.

Personally, I love the surprises. If T? can mix it up, and not play the same songs in the same order every date of a tour (at least in the same country), then I’m a happier man than normal :)

Love the others you picked. The set list really needs a SHAKE UP.

A good opener would be: ‘Die Like A Motherfucker’ or ‘Other People’s Misery’ followed by ‘Femtex’ and thrown in a touch of ‘Long Distance’ too, just cuz its super bad ass!

ok, no problem, if the set is longer you can leave after 70 min :D and i can stay until the end. :p
