Nice to know you’re doing fine, Martin.

I’ve read you’re performing in Germany this Friday, unfortunately not anywhere near my place. Maybe other wombles will go there.

Not the riff-raff on this board.

Ah, just like Hooch signing in as plain Sarah.

And it’s exactly why I registered there: to lift my feet above this muddy rock creeps.
But guess what: only familiar people there. It’s like going on holiday to Ibiza or Mallorca. You only get to see the same faces you so desperately wanted to leave behind. :)

Just something regarding Martin: Is there any rock band around at the moment using a cello or violin regularly (apart from Apocalyptica). And I don’t mean these horrible goth rock schmocks with their synthesized strings.
Yellowcard come to mind (Blink 182-style punk rock), but I don’t know whether they use the violent in more songs.

Sunna did/do, but they’re ‘on hiatus’ or something, so maybe don’t count. Plus not sure just how regularly it was.

You would not dare to mock me at the House of McCarrick.

There I would have you beheaded, hung, and then oiled and tared. (Yes in that useless somehwat weird order).

You will fear me!

Being hung after being beheaded would be pretty difficult, yes. Unless… you mean hung by something else?!

Just call me daryl the obsequious from now on. Your wish is my command, o lord. *sly evil look when his highness’s back is turned*

An update from Martin:

Hello
We at the House Of McCarrick are happy to announce the arrival of Audio to http://www.houseofmccarrick.com . There’s just one MP3 at the moment but more will follow. Hope you like what you hear! If you do, share it with others and if you don’t - then send it to your enemies, over and over again.

The McCarricks will also be doing a show at London’s premier underground art gallery The Horse Hospital on June 8th. Legendry independant film maker/director Burke Roberts will be the special guest at this show with his incredible short film HandiCap City. More about this show very soon…

best wishes to you all

Martin and Kimberlee

Rico and Martin have been friends and musical collaborators since Rico opened for the Therapy? ‘Suicide Pact You First’ tour back in autumn 1999.

Does that make anyone else feel old?
