Therapy? - A Love Interest

#

Started by andys gibson sg (James Harris)

Does your girlfriend/boyfriend/partner share the same love and interest in the band as you do?

I’m adding to the pointless threads see :)

(Before changing the message boards’ software in August 2007 this discussion contained a poll, which may return in the future)

The latest entry into Cuchulain’s Casa of Love is very much impressed with T?.

To the stage that when I can’t find a certain T? CD her car stereo is the first thing I look.

My wife hardly knows any Therapy? and keeps on at me to do a compilation for her.

She showed me up when Rain Hits Concrete was on Kerrang! Radio for the first time - within about two seconds she said “That sounds like Therapy?” and I said “Nah…” and then realised she had recognised one of my favourite bands when even I hadn’t spotted it…

One of things that first attracted me to my girlfriend five years ago was her love for Therapy?, and thankfully she still loves them. Her favourite albums are Semi Detached and High Anxiety.

She had more T? CD’s and vinyls than I did back then, but now I’ve got them all! (correction, nearly all, Bad Mother anyone?)

Any chance on that?

SHe’d never heard of them until she met me, now she likes them lots although seemed a little weary at the thought of seeing them for (for her) a fifth or sixth time & she didn’t seem too upset at missing the Barfly gig last year (I got the very last ticket!). That said, she’s less into music than me anyway.

On a related note, she didn’t tell me she was going out tonight until after I’d bought her dinner, which is why I’m now starting a second piece of expertly cooked tuna. Women!
