sorry to keep doing this, but i put some stuff on suicidepact.com about this … but to save the lazy, the gist is that black halos aren’t on sub pop any more, so the tracks are in limbo.. sub pop have rights to them (T? songs and BH songs) until some time later this year after whcih if they are not used they go back to the respective bands. So if it doesn’t get released, T? might release them on another format themselves. Or maybe not.
