Third thread about this. :p
I’ll say it again, though, they read my question, I wonder if I will win the signed album. Probably not.

I asked Andy about the poppier and more polished sound. He said they wanted to try something different after the chaos that was NANE. They wanted to sound big, I think that’s what he said. The interview is on the radio’s site if you’re feeling an uncontrolable urge to hear Andy speak.
And sure, send me stuff. Why though? :\ What did I win?

At least there are still decent radio stations in this world that give a shit about decent music.

Meh, it’s alright, they mostly play crap, but they have their moments. Maybe I’m just picky.
And yeah that should be an acoustic bonus track on the album to come.

Don’t speak no Dutch, but when you click on the hyperlink (in red writing) in the top right hand corner of the page, it opens the player.
Is a about an hour long. I just skipped the songs to the bits where he was talking to Andy

Well the version they play on the radio has apparently all of the swear words replaced with others. Many on this board thought he was singing “Kiss my Taxi”.

Title: 1st Question was Mine…
Hi guys…
First question in the interview was mine…
It was actually quiet simular with the question from Jelle…
I noticed that the new album in comparance with the last 2, 3 previous ones, sounded hard as well, but again, I could hear some “metallic” sounding melodies again, which reminded me of Infernal Love’s track Misery. I asked Andy if that was a well considered choice to bring back the melodies, or if it was just a coincidence…
So he answered indeed, they grabbed back to some more melodious riffs, in the meantime trying not to lose too much of that hard sound…
I did won a signed copy of the new album… guess I was quiet fast with my answer to his question “Who wrote slaughterhouse five” on which their song “walk through darkness” is inspired on.
See you all in AB in Brussels on the next T? gig!
Cheers
