Damn … that isn’t easy. :-)

The wood is a “bit” in the way.
It doesn’t sound that good either … not with me on the strings anyway. ;-)

Has anyone some tips perhaps?

The bass line isn’t too hard, but you have to practise. Why do most of you always thinks you can play a riff, chord patern or bass line when you found out how to play it? Practise is the magic word. :D

By the way, I also don’t understand what you mean with ‘the wood is a bit in the way’. Without the wood, my bass would sound like shit.

ps, without wood on your bass you would be left with just a bridge and some strings - i find wood fundamental to be able to play the bass! :D
