I Therapy? vennero formati nel 1990 a Belfast da Andy Cairns (canto e chitarra) e Michael McKeegan (basso) e si misero subito in luce con un sound infinitamente piu` violento di quello dei loro connazionali del periodo. I Therapy? proponevano infatti una versione feroce e cupa del vecchio “dark punk”, riveduto e corretto secondo le visioni claustrofobiche dei Big Black. A partire con il singolo Meat Abstract, e dal suo incedere apocalittico, i loro dischi erano gonfi di emozioni malate. Il sound oggi e` ancora denso, oscuro, intenso e assordante, anche se piu` meditato, figlio di Helmet e Jesus Lizard ma con giudizio. Non perdete questo appuntamento che li vedrà di ritorno per un unica data in Italia al Ephebia Festival di Terni.

Anyway, thanks for the support.
We will have a good time in Terni with Therapy? while you will still waiting for a “confirmation” from the booking agency (which, by the way, is Hellfire Booking, whose newsletter I posted here).
If you don’t believe me, I’ll send a copy of the contract with Therapy?’s booking agency.
