There were several apeshit-moments that night… Especially as Morrissey was surprisingly chatty, and even tore off his pink shirt & threw it to the audience. Undressing is moreoften right than wrong :D

On form, Morrissey live is an absolute joy.
The man is a national treasure…even if he DOES want to live elsewhere…!

No.
He was great at Live Aid, though, with the Style Council*
(*I guarantee this is the first time ever in the history of time that this phrase has ever been used)

Ajattara was just great but Mokoma blew me totally out. Those fellas just know how to play! I have nearly all their albums but I couldn’t believe how skillful they are live. Excellent gig!

Anthrax didn´t dissapoint me this time either. Seen them twice back in 87 and 89 with this classic lineup and this was defitenitly the best of those. Belladonna is the man:)

Last Monday night at one of my scarce trips home I took in a gig by Stinky Lou & The Goon Mat in coffee shop Checkpoint in Terneuzen.
Dunno if it was the smokes or not , but a brilliant gig , very groovy boogie blues. Specail mention to the ‘washtub’ bass which was awesome.

2manyDJ’s ARE soulwax, it’s the singer and his borther (i think he plays guitar). they used to be known as the fucking Dewaele brothers (no joke)

Therapy? at the wembly thing and then Me First and the Gimme Gimmes later that night.
I’m trying to remember the support bands i just know the drummer from snuff was in one of them. MFATGG were very funny they looked hammered and fat mike was on form. I have a feeling their next album will be a country and western covers album. one of the funniest lines of the night came when two blokes down the front were getting off with each other, Fat Mike said “see that’s what i want to see a nice mixed audience where no one if offended by gay people.. every gig in my mind should have two blokes arse fucking side stage”..well it made me laugh :) anyway it was a fun night out.

My last gig was probably The Veils last month. Stunning. Sadly the Radiohead gig in the HMH I was supposed to go to got rescheduled (to August) at the last minute, otherwise that would have been the last one.

BTW: saw Met in Hellsinki 2004 and it was a really good gig! My first Met gig was in 86 (Saapasjalka Rock/Finland). Burton was still alive, and how stoned:) he was on stage but he played a blinder gig out there:)
