The sound was fucking good, and Sprung and Polar Bear was just insane. So loud! Deffo my highlights. Andy’s voice was in top form too.

Fear of God didn’t work for me. The solo bit had an effect on it that made it sound like an 1980’s computer game on rapid fire. Not good. Oh and Stories gets worse every time I hear it, but those two were the only slightly negative aspects of the evening.

Andy was also looking a bit glum for the first half. He mentioned something about someone dying, but I couldn’t hear who, did anyone catch it?

Oh and I don’t think it was Neak Freak they played , it was Perversonality, haven’t heard that in a while! Or Accelerator come to that!

I think playing Screamager early was a great idea.

Excellent gig, sweaty mosh, ringing ears, and the average age of the audience must have been at least 40!

Actually Fenriz, that set list you’ve posted is a bit wrong. Rock You Monkeys and Polar Bear came after Teethgrinder, and it was Pervesonality not Neak Freak as I already mentioned.

Still it is a bit late to be remembering set lists!

I might have got the order a bit wrong, but it was definitely Neck Freak they played, not Perversonality.

I wasn’t there so have no idea, but guess it might have been Ian Copeland?

http://www.nytimes.com/2006/05/26/arts/music/26copeland.html

as brother (?) to Miles Copeland who ran Ark21?

Then again I could be completely and utterly wrong.

Billy Blue, were you the guy in the white top behind me, moshing my head off??

And who was the girl who kept strangling me in the nicest possible way in order to hold on during the encore?? She said something about ‘boobs’ to me and some other guy half way through.

Joe.

Yeah clearly I’ve lost my mind because it was indeed Neck Freak not Perversonality, sorry Fenriz!

And now I’ve got no idea what the set list was. I think Betteroffdead’s list is right, cept for Lose It All and Isolation which they deffo did NOT play.

My bad!

josepholney, I wasn’t wearing a white top, I had a black Iron Maiden T Shirt on, and I’ve got dreads if that helps. I was moshing from Teethgrinder to Nowhere, and had a cool high five with someone mid mosh!

3 tracks off Nurse, and none of Semi Detached, Shameless, or Suicide Pact!
