Where to take a complaint?

#

Started by Tubthumper (Scott)

Well I recently bought a T? shirt at the Glasgow gig, and after about 2 washes, the thread which holds the hem at the bottom of the shirt is coming away.

Where can I take this problem to?

Sorry to hear that, Tubthumper. In the first instance, you should email merchandise@therapyquestionmark.co.uk and explain, then you can arrange to exchange it directly :)

Yeah, the redhead woman seemed very nice.

But it might be a while before I get to another gig. Probably not until autumn.

You’d definitely be better off contacting merchandising directly, it’s not really Sam’s job to sort out returns and the like :)

Oh … wee Sam… I broke my promise. In a drunken night of rocking away to T? I promised to “Take her away from all this, matty her and make her a happy woman”.

Instead I just bought a t-shirt and threw up outside.

Close enough

must say that the quality of T? shirts was the direct reason for me getting a Gemil inked in my shoulder. (or was it because they’re such a great band)
