Where to take a complaint?

Started by Tubthumper (Scott) in General Therapy? Topics

Well I recently bought a T? shirt at the Glasgow gig, and after about 2 washes, the thread which holds the hem at the bottom of the shirt is coming away.

Where can I take this problem to?
