@Sonofjaguare - Yeah it was another bit of motivation seeing as everyone in my family, back to my great grandparents has died from cancer (well bar one massive anuerysm) and my dad had a heart attack a few weeks back and hes only 54. Felt it was time I cleaned up abit really.

I’ve never tried smoking in m y life and I dont really see the need to either. It’s just not for me.
Also, I cannot stand the taste of beer, wine, lager, you name it. If it has alcohol in it, I’ll probably hate it.
This, coupled with plenty of excercise has made me the man I am today. :D
My brother who is 6 years younger than me, drinks and smokes and people always think im the younger one. :D

My parents brought me up to learn from my own stupid mistakes; which I’ve done a hell of a lot, but at the end of the day I prefer taking the risks and experiences and it works for me, even if it does mean I’ll have a couple more wrinkles and scars :)

Cravings when in the pub you can just ride out; I use it as an excuse to get a foul, really strong flavoured shot, like sambuca; and that helps. And gets me more drunk.
And since I’ve given up my hangovers are much more copeable.
Stress ones are the worst to beat and are the reason I still have a few sticks of filters to suck on to calm down a bit in really bad situations.
