well i’d never heard ANY will oldham before but was always fascinated by him, mainly because of the beard. So i goes in my library Tuesday night and lo and behold, they’re having a cd sale! So i picked up “master and everyone” for a quid! Anyhoo, i think its fantastic. Its essentially one man and his guitar, with occasional female accompaniment, and they’re all songs abot love. I dunno what his other stuff is like (same as this?) but yeah, HIGHLY recomended.
I picked up a cd by Low as well, “trust”, but have yet to listen to that.
