Yes it was, because if the goal was legitimed. They where 2-1 in front. ;-)
And probably won (excl. those last 5 minutes).

Korea not scoring a penalty is THEIR fault.
Italy scoring and not getting a point, is NOT THEIR fault.
It’s soooooo easy.
