Anyone know what the latest is on Dando’s current incarnation of the band? I know they played that whatsit festival the other day but I want a new album…!

laugh all you like but some of the Lemonheads material is dark and grungey as fuck

Lovey, I think…If that’s the one with L’il Seed on it.

My mate saw them a couple of times and raved about it and my bro saw him solo and loved it too.

Damn, why do I always miss the good gigs?!

Anyhoo, i think my fave is probably “its a shame about ray”. Predictable i know, but its bloody great.

Years before i ever got into them, my mate did me a compilation tape of their best stuff and I swear it is one of the best “albums” I ever owned in my life, he paced it perfectly, picked all the best versions, superb stuff.

Anyway, if anyone has seen it, is it worth tracking down a copy? I have never seen any live footage of the ‘Heads in their prime but the bootleg audio recordings I heard were fucking top class…
