I’ve only seen PJ once, and it was in Feb ‘92, on the eve of Ten being released in the UK. It was a very small club gig (the old Cathouse) and the guys were explosive. Since then (to my knowledge) they have only played Scotland a further twice. Once in 93 (supporting Neil Young) and then a larger show in at the SECC 2002. I watched some of the Leeds/Reading footage on TV last night and i personally feel they are still one of the best live acts going. Hope they come back to these shores soon!!

Unfortunately we had seats, since the standing places were sold out too fast, but we made the best of dancing in front of hour seats.
what i couldn’t understand were all the people around us sitting down almost through the whole of the concert, ok most were standing when they played Alive, but that was about it.
Did other Wombles go as well? What did you think?
