Granted they have played it so many times, but as Auto Surgery, Bowels of Love & Church of Noise weren’t there to be picked from I had to choose another song that had meaning to me - maybe that’s too off base for the purists out there, but I’ve never been that pure!!

This is a great idea. If only other acts did this too!

My three are:

A Moment of Clarity
Dopamine, Seratonin, Adrenaline
30 Seconds

Anyone else gonna buy the whole set?

It’s very cool the way the band makes us participate in this project

I don’t understand how you can vote for Screamager after they played it already so many times live.

doesn’t matter how many times it gets played - its a kick ass song dude!

I would say the liklyhood of them being in the list is high mainly because people who vote who aren’t on the board are probably only aware of their hits or troublegum (but i would hope they know all the albums). It would be nice to hear a mixture of songs from their whole back catalogue and ones that don’t get played much… but i guess the regular songs are the biggest of their songs and the ones that will be in the final list. Lets just hope that not too many troublegum and regular set fillers get in and some nice treats pepper the set:)

Dunno if anyone has already mentioned this, but the studio gig is in Kerrang! this week which is good publicity, but probably will result in more Screamager/Nowhere votes.

Kerrang! editor Paul Brannigan also reviewed the recent Scotland gig and loved it. He is a BIG Therapy? fan.

Why the hell would they be on the list?

OUTRO is just way too short and WHILST I PERSUE… was only ever intended to be a big headfuck to close out SP-YF. There’s way too much distortion, samples etc., to play live. It’s probably an impossible song to play live. Not to mention a hundred years long.

Michael’s update is interesting. Makes it sound like a cross between a live gig and a compilation of ‘proper’ music vids. I’m looking forward to this. Uh, still.

I’m just looking for a reason to bitch and moan.

I’ve been moved to a new workstation in the office where I work. It’s a fucking shit location. The dividers between stations are just above desk height so it’s completely visible from one end to the next. Cheap fuckers wouldn’t even buy the tall ones.

Plus the PC they’ve set up for me doesn’t have any of the programs I need to do my work. Our IT Department are a bunch of egotistical cunts who think they are above everyone else. Been onto them loads about setting me up properly, but no good. They will do it when they feel like it.

So basically! I’ve been sitting on my hole for the last two days watching the walls with nothing to do.
And I’m a little bit peeved about it… :mad::mad::mad:

i remember on finally hearing innocent x live there were no samples in it. i was gutted. i can’t understand why the samples are being dropped (either that or they are completely lost in the mix?) as they are integral to the songs…

rant over.

oh no, wait animal bones didn’t make the list.  ;)

Would’ve liked to vote for Opal Mantra as well, but you can’t have it all, I guess.

edit: And “The Boy’s Asleep” would’ve been great too, that was the best show-closer ever!

Be glad you still have an IT department, my company decided to lay off everybody in that department and so now we are without IT people… I can tell you: that was not a wise decision seeing the number of issues we face :(

They’re using the samples during this tour, so they will very probably also use them on the gig :)

I dunno wether the band have lost the samples or cant afford the rights to use them or what.

Innocent X had it’s samples when they played Manc and Leeds… I can’t remember teethgrinder.. but i’m sure it did? Maybe the sound bloke just forgot or fucked up at your gig?

Live they can use the samples, because the venue pays the royalitys by getting a licience from PRS. so if anything it would be they don’t have them.
