Let’s face it: Some people are pigs. Both men and women.
Some turn out like a pig in a relationship. Some always will be. Some will change. Some just don’t. You can’t just pile it up in one category. That’s very short sighted. I just hope you know that.

The fact is, he didn’t leave me. I decided to leave him but was so angry about the things he had done to me I still have a very bitter feeling, which is as if he split up with me. Anyway that matters not its over.
At the end of the day all men may not be bastards, and all pigs may not roll in the mud, but that man was. My anger is directed mainly at him so do not take offence if I make generalisations although they may be true I have no evidence to back this up. At the end of a relationship the whole point is to make generalisations as it makes you feel less shit. I forgot that there are other men in the world actually because he was my focus, but have rediscovered that in the last week ;) its not a bad thing!
The only sad thing is the fact that I’ve lost most of my friends, which I promisied myself I would never do and I’m not proud of it. Lesson learnt. Oooh also have decided to go back to college so I can go to uni next September. now I have focus and will meet new people at college everything seems to be cool. It doesn’t mean I don’t hate my ex still and still want you to call him and swear down the phone but hey, its not so bad now.

It’s all about respect isn’t it? So what if men burp, swear, drink beer (too much every now and then), it’s only a small minority who treat women like dirt. I bet there are more female pigs than you might expect.
Oh, and I think it’s really f*cked up that my fav team (PSV) lost to Ajax, the worst team in the world. I know you agree with me Ronald. You girls won’t understand it, it’s a pig thing ;-p

I had a friend, he got a girlfriend, he never wrote, he never called, and then he got unceremoniously dumped. Then he started phoning and writing and so on again. It wasn’t just me, it was all his friends he treated like this. And we forgave him, because he was a friend. Now he’s met someone else and has again gone very quiet. But we’ll still be here when he needs us, because we’re his friends & that’s was friends do.

Em - if you get back in touch with your mates then there’ll either still be there for you, in which case you’ve not lost anything, or else they’re not real friends, and you’re better off without them.

Actually, there is something you should do Em… edit your original message. Ronald may have simply stated his own views about how you use the internet, but one thing you haven’t taken into account ( and fair enough, nobody ever really thinks rationally when they’re annoyed )is that not only have you posted somebody’s phone number publicly without permission, but you’re also actively encouraging people to phone and abuse the guy ( I hope nobody was silly enough to do that by the way?! ) which can be considered as an unlawful act on two accounts ( Personal data act, nuisance phone calls ). So please edit it! ( Or maybe the moderator can? )

It’s good to see you’ve got your life back on track though, maybe he’s done you some good by default! I don’t know about anybody else, but after a relationship breaks up I always find myself planning out my future, it’s like your mind’s way of dealing with it, of course, you still have the hurt part, but it always fades with time ( what’s my cliche count at now?! ).

I’ve heard that Reign of Fire is actually quite good, in a pantsy sort of way. It’s got to be better than Dungeons n Dragons (on Moviemax last night)… I can think of at least two things wrong with that title! An hour and a bloody half I waited for the dragons to show up…

Oh yes, I remember now. David Bowie seems to be turning up everywhere at the moment - just watched a fantastic zombie movie called ‘The Video Dead’ which had a zombie who looked JUST LIKE DAVID BOWIE. It was pretty scary.
