Title: (merged)

This was the fast one.

I’m back from the maroquinerie show

Sister from suicide pack
Lonely crying lonely from semi-detached

No stories
No Polar Bear

3 acoustic songs : Skyward, Lonely crying Lonely, If it kills me.
Rock you monkeys was sang without guitar, only bass and drum. Andy went in the crowd.

I don’t know the song’s name before nowhere, when Andy said that it will be Steve anniversary ?

Final song was Nowhere. Evil Elvis was played before Diane.

They seem to be happier than in Vaureal. I think it was a better show.

To my humble opinion, the gig was great! Nice energic audience, and the band was responding to the energy !
Drums/Bass version of Rock You Monkeys then 4 acoustic songs in a row to calm us down in the middle of the setlist… then rocking on till the end!
Happy to have been there with all of you!

The gig was fantastic! The band was in great shape, they seemed to be glad so many people turned up.
The crowd was a lot better than yesterday.
Nice to hear Sister, a complete jazz version of Rock You Monkeys, an acoustic version of Lonely Cryin’, Only and Breaking The Law in the set!

Here’s the complete setlist.
They changed it around a bit, they didn’t play Polar Bear, changed the order of the last 3 songs and added Breaking The Law.

After the gig we sat down, and had a pint and a chat with Andy together with Evilbeast, Interzone and my boyfriend. Nice of him to buy us the drinks, a favour which we repaid of course! ;)

(Before changing the message boards’ software in August 2007 this post had a file attachment, which may return in the future)

@gibs : Right in front of andy’s side? mmmm, you’re surely talking about the “legendary” RobbyVDH ;).I was also in front of Michael, trying to avoid as much as possible the moves he made with his Bass :D,I was the dude shouting like a “Goret” :D and lifted the only one “crowdsurfer” of the gig when he reached the stage to reject him in the pit, hopefully he wasn’t so heavy for me :D.I didn’t notice you,Just a dude wearing a Paris-Saint-Germain Football club shirt :D ,maybe you were in my back…

I have laught a lot (and I’m not the only one) when Andy made the joke about the “BIG GUY”…l’affiche lol :)

Oh.I see,you were one of the guys who were behind her :).But sorry I can’t remember a guy with a NY cap…I felt a little bit tired after the gig and some cramps all over my body this morning :D,so I can’t remember of all of the details…Yeah,we were sitting at a table at the big bar upstairs, chatting.

Oh yeah, the joke about the “Big guy”.I didn’t heard the begining of the joke just remember Andy saying:”I love you big guy”,but seemed to be funny.it was also funny when a dude shouted at the band :”Belfast Rocks!!!!” that made the guys laugh on stage and Andy replying something like this:”Ok,I’ll live in your house in Paris and you’ll live in mine in Belfast then you’ll see”

It’s sad that we didn’t meet each other but I forgot to went on the forum before the gig.

Yeah Andy is very funny…the “Big Guy” was red like if it was a girl speaking to him and then he turned on himself lol

A friend of mine has seen Therapy? for free this year @ Nice, it was this summer. He told me that Andy presented Michael something like that : “…and on the bass guitar…Barthez” lol

the joke was working, it was during the German Worl Cup period :)

It’s cool because now we know that when we go to a T? gig, we know that we don’t go only to listen to music but to laugh too

yeah I agree with that ;).

Maybe next time,Gibs,we can try to meet next time. But my lovely belgian friends who were also there, confirmed and told me ,although the gig was a “hot” one,it was quieter than those in their country…So I think i’ll give a try to test the “real” french fries in the future ;).

Oh yeah guys ! What a fucking good fucking noisy fucking powerful gig it was.
We all of us were exited and enthusiastic (will put some pictures next).
The band’s played like gods, and there was a communicative ambience, more we made some noise, more the band used to play fast, more they used to play fast , more we made some noise, more we shouted, more they used to play loud, more they used to play loud, more we shouted, and again and again…
For those who’ll go (above those who hesitate) to the next shows, you must not miss them, everything is excellent.

Thank you to Andy having accept a while and invite us to drink a beer and chating all together (he’s really not obliged).About Niel and Mickael it’s the same, then this is the reason why THERAPY?’s got real class ; yes the band’s got a real class in their own life.

Well, ‘La Maroquinerie’ ‘s concert photos will be post next on this thread. Few days waiting.
