Ah well, the West Midlands is awash with money.

Up here in Yorkshire, we can’t afford grass.

Igor, we may be able to afford grass, but football pitches are the only places left in the West Midlands where we resist the urge to put tarmac and concrete.

And that is only cos the FA won’t let us. Believe me, we have tried.

If not, I will be one of the hundred or so that storm onto the pitch after, I will keep my eye out for a camera… I’m very tempted to write “Hi Evilbeast” on my head. ;)

Last Saturday was a good match… Justin Harrison and Matt McCollough had a few fights. :)

Twas great entertainment.

Anyway,I’ll record this match on a video tape so…I’ll have all the time to catch you :D .

Well in Toulouse, they also have their “entertainers”:

Trevor Brennan (you surely know him since he’s Irish) and Omar Hasan.Fabien Pelous and Yannick Bru are not bad too…

About the game,if Ulster can counter Toulouse on the Basics points (Scrum, line out,Ruck and defence),and if it’s raining and if Humprheys is in a good day, your team will have a chance and their Forwards pack or whatever you call it,is not really good(they’ll surely make me lie this week end  )because if they have the ball’s possession, their backlines will make your team Suffer, they are so efficient and creative…The wingers ( Clerc and Heymans ) are really technical and fast the 2 centers ( Fritz and above all Jauzion) are both powerful, technical and fast…their weakest points could be :Michalak, the openhalf and the full back Poitrenaud (unless it’s the welsh Gareth thomas who will play),if they are in a bad day…So all it is said about them ;)

As for what I’ll be wearing this Saturday: Pair of jeans, Black Ulster rugby coat, possibly the really old white long sleeved shirt… you might not remember it :D and, well, thats it.
I will look out for the cameras. :)

If I may ask, who are you supporting for this game, Evilbeast? :)

Mmmm,Difficult question Colin…

On one hand,I’ll be tempted to support the french team since I’m french, but on the other hand,Toulouse is one of the rivals of my team (Stade Français CASG Paris)in our national championship and we beat them last month on their own ground under…a shitty rainy weather :D,so I won’t be sad if they may lose on saturday,It would be an opportunity for the Parisian Fans to mock them on some French Rugby forums :D and I also appreciate the Irish Provinces’teams so I think I’d be neutral and “spectator”,but I’ll be very curious about the way they’ll behave facing a rude team and with a british refereeing, which is more pernickety than the french one…But don’t forget : they won the European H Cup 3 times so carefulness…

Enjoy your saturday afternoon at Ravenhill, anyhway ;)

It is what Bible Thumpers in the US say SLAYER stands for.

Truth is they used to be called Dragonslayer and dropped the “Dragon” part, probably cos it sounds really, really shit!

Adam Larkin would drop into fly half, and Paddy Wallace, Bryn Cunningham or Paul Steinmetz would fall into kicker.
I’m not concerned about Humph though, it’s Justin Harrison that I’m concerned about. If he takes a bad hit the French might start playing a bit dirtier. Harrison keeps opposition at bay. Not a lot of people would like to start a fight with him.
And, as an update. I can’t make it to tomorrow’s game. I’ve been forced to go up to my special lady’s house. Such a shame. ;)

Although, I sincerely hope you enjoy the game Evilbeast, I will be getting SMS updates regularly… so I know what’s going on.. :)

C’mon Ulster!
