Yeah, Soundcellar is class - you will find loads there not really available at Tower or HMV, bit pricey though.
But is just worth going down to check the place out, if you do not look up to scratch you get odd looks :D
Metal Blackbooks indeed…

Sound Cellar is great for CDs. The guy running it also is a bit of a Rovers fan , nicer fella you’ll never meet.
As for getting into the standing area in Olympia , last time I was there I just spoke to some people inside who were going in as a group and all had standing tickets.
Total strangers , but that aside.
Just ask them to all go in and have one of them coming out again taking one of his friends’ tickets.
Enter on that ticket and buy the supportive guy a pint.

Already wondering how long T? will get to play as support and what will be on the setlist.
An hour at least would be nice and with it being a Motorhead gig I wouldn’t be surprised if the boys leave aside the slower ones and blast the place with a freaky set. Here’s hoping.

Yeah,
Slow numbers have no place at a Motorhead gig. I can see the likes of Accelerator getting in there.
Not long left to go now - thank god. This thread has been going for months now.
As for the lenght of the set, would guess 45 minutes - let’s hope that Michael’s bass equipment doesn’t act up should that be the case…

Title: DUBLIN INSTORE PERFORMANCE
Yippedy-do-daa,
We are indeed doing an ‘in-store’ appearance in Dublin on all Hallows Eve(just prior to our support slot with the mighty MOTOR-FUCKIN-HEAD)…It’s in the HMV, Grafton Street October 31st and we’ll be there at 4pm to play a short acoustic set and sign whatever the good peeps want signed. If you plan on coming, get there early ‘cos we have to run over to the Olympia to squeeze in a soundcheck as well…Rock on,
TPY? 2006

Is November 1st a holiday in Ireland as well (like in Belgium)? I’m trying to find out when the first bus to the airport leaves… on a sunday that’s around 7.30 and that’s way to late as our plane leaves at the same time.

So is everyone still heading to the “FOGGY DEW” before the gig? Might bumb into a few other WoMbles that night. Don’t really know how this will work though, as I have no idea what any of you look like…
