FUCKINFANTASTIC gig and trip! Just arrived home and noticed that the snowstorm has whipped over whole Tampere, thank god the houses are still here.
Thanks to everyone who we met: Alan & Milana (after all those years, now I know you really exist:)), Cuchulain & Pip, KJC Dublin, Ci & don´t remember the fellas name, Lector & Finnish posse, An & Jan, and there´s many more of you nice people we met and had chat with!
Therapy? were just FANTASTIC! They should have been the main act for sure! Innocent X blew my brain off totally!
Motörhead was Motörhead and fantastic as always but T? was the thing for me and Kati!
Acoustic gig was a great opening for the evening. Skyward!
Thanks Andy, Michael and Neil and see U hopefully soon here in Finland!

Slightly off-topic, but I *love* Brogans. It was one of my locals when I lived in Dublin and it’s a great place when it’s quiet and dark, and it’s also a great place when there’s GAA on the TV. Top place. In fact, welcomed in 2006 in that pub.

Sorry, just had to say that. Got Dublin-sickness.

Looks like our beloved trio are taking a bit of a bashing on METALIRELAND.COM from all the Irish die-hard metallers. :(

But not to worry, folks…

Kobmosh and myself are keeping the T? flag flying high. ;)

Also! Some video clips of the gig are available here ;

Quality isn’t the best, but you get the point…

Sounded like a brillient gig…what was the setlist…any different songs than usual?

Actually! The quality isn’t that bad at all.

You just need to give it time to load fully. :)

I wouldn’t worry to much about what they are saying about T?. Like you said! They weren’t going to give them a chance to begin with, so it’s their loss.
Most of the people on that forum are PURE METAL all the way.

From where I was during the show, everyone was having a good time during T?’s set.

actually there were a few big hairy metallers in motorhead t-shirts next to me and they were really getting into T? towards the end…and i was talking to a few who said they enjoyed the Therapy set.

Fuck those Metal Purists! I am a die hard metalhead myself but can’t stand when people are so closed minded.

Most of them criticise the vocals - dunno, didn’t see anything wrong there.

Anyways, I had a blast and hope that they come back to do a proper Dublin gig - PLEASE!!!!

Vader tonight, can’t wait…

Dublin was great, wish we could stay there a bit longer, the weather (the only reason why my boyfriend didn’t want to stay there any longer) was a lot better than it was in Belgium…
Nice to see Petri, Kati, Alan and girlfriend and Judged again. Nice to finally meet Darren White as well, in a hurry though, I thought to see you all again in the Olympia to continue our chat, but the place was soo packed that I couldn’t move anymore (definatly not during Motörhead). Only found Kati and Petri (who’s shoes were covered with toothpaste) again after the gig, but security drove us apart… :( Damn, what a bunch of pricks those security guys were!? We thought to go to Foggy Dew after the gig… but none of you seemed to be there, so we left to the airport shortly after that, damn, it was fucking cold over there!!!

Therapy?’s setlist at the Olympia was:
Outro
Sprung
Turn
Knives
Screamager
Rain Hits Concrete
Our White Noise
Rust
Rock You Monkeys
Innocent X
Teethgrinder
Isolation
Nowhere

There were just a few Motörhead fans screaming for Motörhead during Therapy?’s set, which is a bit sad, but what’s more sad…they also did it while Motörhead was on and Lemmy was talking… so that means they’re not even interested in what Lemmy’s got to say
Most of those who were there already, seemed to enjoy Therapy?, most of them only entered when Therapy? finished… they have no right to speak!
Therapy? was great, they played a lot louder than usual… thank God I didn’t forget my earplugs this time :D

At the HMV they played:
If It Kills Me
Nowhere
Our White Noise
Rain Hits Concrete
Skyward
Screamager

Short but very nice set, thanks a lot Andy, Michael and Neil, you were again fan fuckin’ tastic (as michael would say) :)

Can’t afford to make another trip up to Dublin the same week as MOTORHEAD/THERAPY? and SLAYER. :(

At least I’m going to take in EXODUS on Saturday night before SLAYER on Sunday… :D

Yup! No argument there. ;)

Soul Doubt… It’s a pity we missed each other. I didn’t get into the Foggy Dew until late and was told you were gone.

All I can say is fair play to you for coming all that way to see T?. That’s real fan commitment.
And Kossu also! You guys should get a medal or something. ;)

What a fan*Fuckin*tastic gig!!!

Could only get seating tickets as left it too late mainly beacuse the Gig was originally in the Point and thought I had time to get a standing one.

Not to be turned off I got me a sitting ticket and even though it was in the Upper Circle I went Nuts.

Trying to (sortof)Mosh/head bang in a chair was an experiance I felt like I was hooked up to an electric chair or something (and probably looked like that too)

Motorhead were brilliant as well and enjoyed their set alot.

All in all a totally entertaining night.

And did we meet Jobrok? I wasn´t that drunk (at least I think so:)) but there was many folks I had chat with, with my “excellent” english so I don´t remember everything…
Can someone say, how those who got to the frontrow, got those wristbands so they could enter there? Security turned us back when we tried to get there a couple of times:( those morons! And they separeted us from An and Jan at the end of the event!
Hope you and Jan had good time there in the Dublin night. I had to get to the hotel´s shower immidietly as I was so swet and stinked like hell (thanks to the toothpaste who ever you are, I don´t usually brush my shoes during a gig:D):D so we didn´t go any pub anymore.

Yeah! We were talking for a while in the Foggy Dew about an hour before the gig.
I was there with the tall skinny fella. A really long “6foot 6inch” streak of piss by the name of Marty.

It was a bit wierd alright. Putting faces to a lot of the WOM heads… But a good kinda wierd. ;)

Yeah that was me alright! Was in Finland for 5 or 6 days in August… spent one night up by a lake in tampere drinking Koff and shooting the cans with a pellet gun!
Spent the rest of the time in Helsinki - can’t wait to get back, it was the best city I’ve ever vistited… Good beer, good music and nice women!
