Prison Breaker - definately played at Mean Fiddler, London 3/3/92
Found out recently (from an old review in NME) that this recording is actually from August 1991. On 3/3/92, they played the Venue in Edinburgh.

Bowels Of Love and Gimme Danger as well
Although I don’t remember where they played Bowels Of Love, I thought I had a live recording from it… it could be wrong though, I’ll have a look

Now THAT was a funny fuckin’ interview :D
I was in tears when I first heard it, I still listen to it now and again whenever I need a cheer-up! Andy only managed to play “Bowels of Love” somewhat completely - all his attempts at other songs were pretty shortlived, due to his inebriation / fact he was totally wankered ;)

Don’t know if you understand french as well, but the presentators’ comments (in french)describing the way Andy behaved in the studios were also funny :D.
About the main topic,I remember they played “Never Ending” on stage,in Paris in October 1998(!!!!).It went back in my mind when I first listened to High Anxiety. Also Remember the Andy’s speech before playing that song,he referred to the Music people used to listen in Belfast or so in the past.He referred to The Clash and another music trend I can’t remember…

October ‘98 would have been around the time they played a song called “Kiss me on the Ghost Train”, which eventually became “Last Blast”. Would it have been this, by chance?
If not, cool… another recording to hunt for! “Never Ending” live would be great to have. :)

Well, Alan, all I remember about that song is that the chorus included the line “Never Ending Chain of Bitterness” and the rythmn was quite similar to the recorded version we know but on the other hand I’ve never heard “Kiss me on the ghost train”…So was it maybe that one they had played?
But for the few people we were at that gig,I doubt there was one with a recorder on him…

T? deffinetly need to start playing different songs live, I mean I love them but I’m tired of Die Laughing and Going Nowhere. They have so many great songs. Especialy on Pleasure Death and Babyteeth
Maybe they could play longer… with 3 or 4 encores
Isn’t a good idea ?
