By some extremely good fortune I managed to get the last tickets for their gig in Brussels! Now let’s hope mister Reznor brings enough guitars and keyboards to demolish! :D

Check out anything upto and including psalm69 and anything from animositisomina. In between he was too much in Smackheaven

I haven’t heard too much of rio grande blood though, and I seem to miss them live every fucking time they’re around. I’d really like to see the line-up with tommy “I used to have my own kick ass band and played for Madonna after they split up” Victor

Oh and there is a great french rock-dance-industrial act too: Sidilarsen Rammstein with more swagger or sumthin’like it

Filth Pig as actually very underrated. It’s definitely very heroin drenched, but it’s still a great album. And I dug the experimental aspect of Dark Side of the Spoon.

Animositisomina I found to be rather forgettable. Houses of the Molé was brilliant, though. It was easily IMO the best thing since Psalm 69. If you liked that, you should at least like Rio Grande Blood in theory. They’re pretty much the same album. But that’s part of why I didn’t like Rio Grande Blood. It’s too predictable. It’s essentially the exact same album as Houses of the Molé but without the dynamics created by the addition of less aggressive songs like “World.” It’s just a giant chainsaw metal frenzy with industrial elements thrown in here and there for punctuation and lots of anti-Bushisms.

If they keep the same lineup for the next tour, you should catch them, though. The additions of Tommy Victor and Paul Raven were cool. Unfortunately, the trend of the setlist on recent tours has been the first half of the show as stuff from whatever album they’re touring for and then a few scattered hits in the second half.

Always good live, but they used to play a better variety of songs.

I don’t want to make a profit of it, just get back the money I paid (ticket + reservation cost and mail costs)

A set of websites have emerged in support of the new Nine Inch Nails album “Year Zero”. The first of the sites was discovered by fans who noticed highlighted letters on the back of a nine inch nails shirt for a tour that kicked off this weekend. This led to the discovery of various IP addresses and an entire story of the future built through sites.

They have set up the following web sites (so far):
http://iamtryingtobelieve.com
- first discovered. about some weird chemical or something. probably metaphorical.

http://bethehammer.net/
- appears to be a resistance site.

http://anotherversionofthetruth.com/
- click and drag. Has two audio files:
- http://anotherversionofthetruth.com/audio/ballgameOver.mp3
-also has one forum: http://anotherversionofthetruth.com/forum.htm

http://105thairbornecrusaders.com/
- soldiers of God under the US Flag

http://churchofplano.com/
- Church site.

http://deadcop-opal.com/
- Yet to be set up.

weird…

I’ve had broken on repeat for the last couple of hours, forgot how great it was:D
