Title: Fantasy Set list (merged)

We know Therapy? browse oer these boards, so why not make up a set list for them to ponder over. It should probably incorperate songs off the new album, but its so great, I’m sure most of them will anyway…

I’ll go first

Rise Up (has to be, doesn’t it?)
Nowhere
Wall of Mouths
Straight Life
Perish the Thought
Teethgrinder
Dead (straight into)
If It Kills Me (like Andy said)
Hate Kill Destroy
Polar Bear
Stories
Innocent Abstraction (Innocent X/Meat Abstract medoly)
Last One to Heaven’s a Loser
Dancin’ With Manson

Me vs. You
This Ship is Sinking
30 Seconds
Nausea

This is one of my favorite things to do when I’m in class!

I already made one, but I don’t have it with me right now. As long as they play a lot off Troublegum, Suicide pact and Never apologise with some Babyteeth and High anxiety I’m a happy camper.

Let’s see. In no particular order:

Dancin with manson
Teethgrinder
Potato junkie
Knives
Screamager
Nowhere
Stop it you’re killing me
Stories
Epilepsy
Church of noise
He’s not that kind of girl
Wall of mouths (only problem: no Martin McC.)
Sister
Little tongues first
I am the money
Hey satan you rock
Rust
If it kills me
Rise up
Perish the thought
Here be monsters
Rock you monsters
Panic!
Long distance

roll on 22 november!!!

As with most people, I’d be happy for them to scrap some of the usuals so we get to hear a few they never usually do live Plus wanna hear a few of NANE. I’d go for:

Rise Up
So-Called Life
Nowhere
Teethgrinder
Skyward
If It Kills Me
Unrequited
Tango Romeo
Bad Mother
Femtex
Loose
Innocent X
Heaven’s Gate
Neckfreak
Tightrope Walker
Die Laughing

and then as an encore…

Epilepsy
Dead
Long Distance

(I always go home with the last track of the night still ringing in my ears - it has to be Long Distance for me. I love that song.)

Why does Bad Karma Follows You Around never get a mention…?

Surely it’s one of the very best T? songs?! Maybe it gets overlooked ‘cos it’s only on the Best Of ( and we all know what a rip-off it is putting out a best of with the odd one or two new songs - cheers record companies, you wankers!)

I heard them play it live before I knew what it was and it was the one track from the gig that really stuck in my mind. Great riff, great driving rhythm, great lyrics, great tune..
…or is it just me?! :(

Im sure they could easily play the whole of babyteeth in A set easily enough. Seems like the cool thing for bands to do these days.

or prehaps when they do a tour they could play the whole of one album in a set and then on another date they could play the whole of a differnt album. Would definlty encourage us to see more than just the nearest gig when they tour.
