They did mention that it was a shame it was just download.. could be a reason. The rest of the review was cool.
I would have thought the old picture would just be because that was the last line up who’s sessions are included?

It is quite a positive review really, referencing Troublegum being album of the year and that most of the songs are early, but the negative points were that it is download only and that some songs are repeated.

You have to make it a Audio cd… you do this by making a play list (in the left hand side bar press the + at the bottom or in the menu bar) a new icon will apear call it CD1 or whatever then drag the first batch of songs to this. if you then click on the playlist you shall see the songs you dragged over. Then to burn press the button in the top righthand corner. Once it has burnt then a disk called whatever you named it shall come up on the left hand. Check in your preferences under advanced what you have your IMPORT settings at and change to your desired mp3 setting. Then click on the disk that came up after burning and re- import them (top righthand button again..same as when you burnt it). The new files will then be added to your library replacing the old ones if you say yes (so the ones you got from apple will be gone) best for safty say no and have two of each track one which is protected and one that is not. Do the same for the second disk. You should be able to burn the new files onto a mp3 disk without problems now and also play them without having to use itunes.
Hope that all makes sense email if not:)

I envy all of you… hope i’ll be able to download it on the other places, so this doesnt become a “freeze the remains” pt II.
Sorry but i cant understand that regionshit politic… it doesnt make sense to me that apple or companies are doing that to prevent illegal downloads… it must be another reason

Regions have nothing to do with illegal downloads. It is all to do with music law/copy right and where each release is allowed to be distributed too.. It is the same with CD’s and DVDs.

ok, the reason maybe goes far from what i can understand but the question maybe is… why actually have i no problem to buy OCFA in spain, but cant buy “freeze the remains”.
isnt the same company the one who own the rights for both releases?
its just curiosity… i know that i’m not going to change anything…
EDIT: yes, maybe if its like the dvd’s thing throws a little light for me… but still makes no sense to me…

I did the same, and couldn’t find it, but since it’s UK only, I stopped worrying, but impatiently wait till it’s available elsewhere… as for now I’ll stay with my bootlegrecordings of the sessions :( But I’ll happily throw them out of my bootlegcollection, hopefuly VERY SOON :)
But I think a link on the mainpage would be nice (it used to be there for all the other downloads)

THIS is way to complex, stupid DRM crap, i blame universal, all the other downloads t? have released have been drm free.
downloading is not the future, I would much happier give the band £13 and send them a blank disc and get them to burn the disk for me (mikehell if your reading) at least the band get a majority cut then and not the greedy ass people at universal and apple.

see the poor lads burning cd-r’s all day and all night long with their own computers, unless they’d buy a robot to burn high quantities, but I bet the cost of the cd will be a lot more then 13 pounds… :D

Reading this whole thread, almost everyone on here hates Itunes (same here, store is a complete mess, I can’t even find this release + the annoying software you have to install on your computer, just to be able do download it) so they’d have a hell of a lot of work, so a robot won’t be needless luxury I think, and I guess that is a fucking expensive toy… also they’re still signing and sending the webgig sleeves (I suppose) so by the time they’ve copied and sent your disc (and all the others) it’s available in the other webstores… :p
The time they would be spending while they’re burning, they could write a few songs… you wouldn’t want to keep them from writing new material, would you? ;)

i-tunes initially started selling it as individual track downloads only. If I’d bought it, I’d be kicking up a right fuss and writing to Tony Levene.
I’m not sure what’s going on with the artwork yet… there is a full booklet but I don’t know whether that will appear on download sites, if we’re to provide it here or if it will only see the light of day in a CD release… obviously will keep you all updated if I hear owt :)
