It’s for work, as it happens, but it’s quite interesting, in a weirdo-female-singer-songwriter a la Tori kinda way.

What’s yer favourite MH album mate?
Mine at the mo is March or Die, but only cos I have only just got it, so it has novelty value.
1916 and Kiss of Death are up there with the best, for me, but I like most of their 90’s albums, with the exception of Hammered, which is a bit dull to my ears.

It’s okay quite enjoyable, Ozzy by numbers really.. pretty heavy album, nothing new riff wise but lots of widdling. It’s just his voice that bugs me it sounds so processed these days which just proves he can’t sing anymore.

I quite like I Don’t Wanna Stop and a couple of others but yeah, definitely Oz-by-numbers, and Zakk Wylde has got stuck in a rut with his playing, needs to be more creative.

Still don’t rate Led Zep 4 that highly. Stairway i can’t bear to listen to anymore, and battle of evermore is just…bad!

well the good songs are REALLY good, but, well…who can stomach stairway anymore? Rock n roll is a bog standard erm, rock n roll song. Battle of evermore, as i said, is cringeworthy. The second half, mind, is AMAZING.
I stll think their best abums were Physical Graffiti and Presence, mind.

I quite like whatsit though, one with the wee kiddies on Giant’s Causew…Houses of the Holy, that’s it.
EDIT come to think of it, I have only ever heard that and Led Zep 4 and a few bits and pieces. Oh and I have the DVD which was called…erm…I forget, anyway, it’s very good, even for someone like me that can take or leave The Zep.

Hard question you placed here matey! If I have to place one record I really love, it has to be Orgasmatron. It was the record I waited (and lot´s of my friends back then in 80´s) like “the full moon rising”. Cause the tracks with the new line up on No Remorse were so tight stuff.
1st album I bought from them in the end of 70´s was Overkill, when I got into Head, 28 fuckin´years, it´s funny how time flies:)
If we talk about weak MH albums, there´s only one and that´s Hammered. Just cannot get into it:(
Top three MH albums from my opinion:
Orgasmatron
Overkill
Another perfect day

And proud of it too.

On the bright side, I felt positively young and fresh-faced at the Gary Moore gig!
