…If you were 2 and could have either Bob The Builder and Muck the Truck lego for Christmas, or Bob The Builder and Lofty the Crane lego?

Gotta go with Muck the Truck Lego.
Lego is fantastic for kids.
Not that I’ve got any, but I think they love it, they can make other stuff and so on.

Muck the Truck does seem to be the popular choice in the office, although Lofty’s a bit cheaper, and so would be able to get the teasingly titled ‘Naughty Spud’ as well. Still, birthday next month, so if he likes one set of lego, then no doubt he’ll be happy with 2, just a shame that the ‘Jango Fett’s Slave I’ set was too old for him…

Well, thanks to you and to Blonde Blade for suggesting something constructive in the first place. :)

Muck’s probably more popular, because Lofty’s a bit of a wimp, but i really like Lofty. He’s really cute… if an animated crane could really be defined as ‘cute’…

Insidentally, on a slightly related subject - is it normal to fancy cartoon characters?? Has anyone else here ever had a crush on a fictional, 2D toon? I really hope it’s not just me.

Wilma Flintstone.

I’d go with Betty, but I’d be thinking about Wilma.

Am struggling with Turok Evolution, on the grounds that my girlfriend got me it, so should make the effort (to be fair it’s the first duff game she got me, and it was at my request). What’s The Thing like?

I wasn’t sure at first, but then i ended up playing it for three hours last night and got hooked. The control system’s a pain in the butt though, and i keep running into walls and setting myself on fire. Then i discovered that two of my team members were infected and they tried to kill me! I was so cross! I mean, i’d been sharing all my ammo and medikits with them, and then they tried to eat me! *grrr* Oh well, i guess it’s the mark of a good game when it gets you that involved in it.

Not heard of Turok Evolution, what’s it like?
