just wanted to write few things about topvar rockfest as i read thru your posts on it, which were nice :)
well, i’m 28, always a big fan of therapy, well, since screamager came out. and i’m from Nove Mesto which is the town where TRF takes place. last year we had another of my favourite bands Babyshambles, which you probably dont like, but anyway, back to therapy.
i went to Vienna show in april, as i work in bratislava, which is an hour by train and by that time they were not announced for TRF. Vienna gig was mega, have you been there? i got some vids, dont know how to post it, but i can send you cd if you want.
of course in nove mesto they played a shorter set (many thanks for the setlist). i was down the front with my mate and we were havin it, our favourite band in our nowhere town!
even wheather was brilliant, but there s no feelin like being from a little town, go to therapy show and then have a 20 minute walk home. that s strange. but great.i think ticket were ridiculously cheap, it wasnt like that last year. also security was more tight last year, but this year it was very pleasurable.
i was fuckin pissed they didnt have any therapy t shirts there, but what can you do
i only found your forum post now, which is a bit of a pity, as i felt let down by the crwd, who didnt really know how important therapy were and are. i heard some kid next to me, during the show “actually, this is a good music”. funny, isnt it. they all wear kurt cobain t shirts even though they werent even born when nevermind came out, but dont know such brilliant band as therapy.
Oh, I’m an f1 fan, I’m spending my time arguing with kimi raikkonen fans (I’m montoyist), so just you know, there’s loads of them here in slovakia! Kimi’s quite popular here, nice, innit. oh well, ice hockey s the biggest thing, but i’m not into it :)
