DM’s Devotional video is one of the greatest gigs that i have ever seen, on my telly that is. What a show, even thought Dave was in hell he could switch on at show time, what a pro!

Great gig, as you say. Very dramatic start with the huge curtain and the band playing behind it with the shadows projected against the curtain..

you lucky devil seeing them live for that tour. saw the on the exciter tour twice in america. met Gore after one of them, sound out once he has had a few drinks in him. Fletch is a twat, personally i think he is just doin the accounts when playin live, he’s useless.

Therapy? - Music Through A Cheap Transistor (On CD rather than download)
Enjoying this a lot more than I expected. Shame there was no room for Our Love Must Die and 30 Seconds off the Evening Session. I’d have glady sacrificed two of the three versions of Totally Random Man, even though it is quite possibly my favourite Therapy? song ever.

Also:
Entombed - Wolverine Blues
Aerosmith - Draw The Line
ZZ Top - Rhythmeen and Antenna
Slayer - Divine Intervention.

I just got Joy Division Still on vinyl…I’m a bit bitter because a few days after I got it used off of EBay, I found out they’re releasing Unknown Pleasures, Closer and Still on new 180 grain vinyl in September. Oh well, I’ll have two then.

Also downloaded Miles Davis Ascenseur Pour l’Échafaud, Progy & Bess and Stemin w the Miles Davis Sextet. Really gotten into his bluesier stuff. “Kind of Blue” is one of the best albums I’ve ever listened to. And I’m really not a huge Jazz guy.

Well it’s hard to forget these things sometimes.. it’s a bit like old James “wife basher” Brown.

I got given for free the Divine Heresy album… it’s not too shabby!

Yeah, I read yesterday that Unknown Pleasures, Closer and Still are being re-released on CD at the same time, with bonus discs of live stuff, if I remember correctly. JD fans should keep their eyes peeled for these.
