Hey Grant, take this quiz to find out if you’re left or right wing:

There was a thread about this a few years ago:

I’m going to take the test again later to see if I’ve changed much

That test was fun :) What I found really interesting was that I came out in exactly the same place as the Dalai Lama!! :D Who’d have thought? …

Seems I am a tad to the right of the Dalai Lama and Gandhi. Only a tad, though. It’s not like I would set fire to their houses, more that I am in reaching distance to pass them the salt at dinner. Unless Gandhi is fasting again, of course.

@Grant it means you are basically left wing, but that compared to me you are practically a fascist :p

@Dennis - Pass the salt, please :)

mrs h, I can pass you the salt but you have to pay 10p per sachet.

Curses. None left :(

Oh that’s great, the saltless masses have it bad enough without you sending them “generous portions” to send their salt levels sky high. Do you know the damage that will do to their health?!

Now you see why depriving people of things is done - Nothing to do with monopolising the markets or making rich people richer, no, it is because IT IS GOOD FOR THEM

They’re not going to eat it - they use it to to make affordable furniture. But out of respect for your politics i shall make sure that you never receive a bar of Cadbury’s chocolate again. You can suck on some fair trade coca beans instead :)

That’s OK, I have given up chocolate as part of my diet.

Last time I managed to go over two years without chocolate. This time I am going to see if I can go even longer, and hopefully keep up the jogging as well.

What’s wrong with being fat? It keeps you warm, you’re unlikely to starve very quickly if you get stranded in somewhere really remote and you are considered extremely attractive if you decide to holiday in parts of the world where they think it means you are rich :)

*passes Dennis a bar of Dairy Milk*

I’d be greatful if you could think of a way of getting this thread back on topic :) (gerrit? topic :D)

Well, I’m practically off the bottom left-hand corner of that survey with -8 for economic issues and -6.77 for social issues. Comfortingly that makes me more radical than both Gandhi and that bland conformist Mrs H.

We failed, but not disastrously. I think it was our poor showing in the 60’s music round that killed our chances!

I’ve now looked it up on tinternet, and Daisy and I were right to say that Emley mast is the tallest tower in the UK! It’s slightly taller than the Eiffel Tower and just over twice as big as Blackpool Tower.

Aw, well I shall be there next week. And hopefully there’ll finally be a round on shit American films of the 1980’s and my wisdom will shine through :D Ta for tower info, lol - I’ve never been to Blackpool, I clearly imagine it to be much greater than it really is!

@Igor - so that sketch I drew where I predicted that you would be somewhere off the edge of the paper was true then? :D
