You could also use the programme WinRar, it works almost like Winzip, but it allows you easily to split files. You have to compress the Mp3, but enter a certain (like 1,5 megs, it`s in bytes though) size so that you have at least two parts. These can be send in separte mails then.

I din’t think they have recorded a studio version, I once read they will just reduce the noise and put it live on the cd
