As a drummer I admired his originality and his groove. the way he displaced the snare and did flawless fills and rolls around the kit.
Neil and Fyfe have the same style. Graham bought something new.

Fair point,
He was different I give him that, but couldn’t pull off the songs originally recorded by fyfe. I cringed when listening to him desperately trying to hold the tempo on isolation live and many of the other old tracks for that matter.
I disagree with the bit about Neil and Fyfe having the same style - Neil just does a better job at playing the old stuff.
Neil doesn’t play some of the old tunes the way Fyfe did - a good example of this can be heard on Die Laughing.
Neil is a prog metal drummer in my books, deffo uses the kit differently than Fyfe. As for Fyfe… No idea what he could be classified as - a very unique fellow

As for me OCFA one of their best albums. it was kind of most honest album of 2006 for me.

I haven´t really been listening to T? a lot since Semi-Detached until I out of curiosity picked up OCFA and I´ll never regret doing that. I totally loved it and thanks to OCFA I had to get every album I´ve missed since S-D and rediscover the band. Now, I think I´m even a bigger fan than back in 96…and I´ll never doubt T? again:)

I never HATED it - i’m sorry to the guys if I slagged it more than was necessary..i think the mixing is poor. But the songs are good.
I always enjoyed listening to it. I never hated it.
Apologies to the band if I upset them :)
