To be honest this landscape reminds me of feudal Japan back the 17th century. Perhaps I’m smoking dangerous stuff for my mind. I’ll be damned if that is not…Miyamoto Usagi! Honour to you, o Ronin.

I’m a Shugyosha, so work it out! Of course I’m into Usagi Yojimbo, it’s a cult! But I had to get the old books via internet and spend quite a lot of money too. If you just check the official site/comic book buyer’s guide, many will be the chances for you to get lost.
It’s cool to see that you’ve heard of Usagi, Kyra. By the way, I thought about your signature for ages until I realised it was taken from Taproot’s “I”. Do you like them at all? They will be playing in London next Saturday, I’ve already got my ticket to see them :D

for those who ain’t into this kind of thing, ‘shugyosha’ means ‘warrior student’. in this case, a member of the dojo message board on usagi yojimbo official website..
i used to be a member too but i had forgotten the password to log in so i recently signed up again. me nickename there is shen-an-doah. but i hardly ever post anything.
nana, if you get the chance to come to london you should see the comics shop in camden town (inverness st.). they’ve got a couple of books, nicely wrapped and everything and quite expensive too, about 11 quid or more. that’s why they’re still there. otherwise i would have bought them already :D
and hey, usagi is as old as i am, since the story began in 1981. i even remember the videogame!
i would really like to go see taproot on saturday, i’ve been waiting to see them for ages. hell, i even bought the ticket! the thing is, i’m off to edinburgh for a month and i’m leaving on sunday morning very early. i’m scared to not to be able to wake up on time. i’ll try to make it to the gig anyway. look out for a girl wearing kilt and tie on saturday cuz it might be me mate, and i’ll be with her. if we go you’ll probably find us in front of mike dewolf, in case you wanna come up and say hi.
so, having said that, you’ll hear from me again in one month time, hopefully

Am sure that wasn’t there on Friday…
