This really is quite a sad loss - I’ve seen Raven play several times with Killing Joke and with Godflesh. He’s played in some fantastic bands (Prong, Ministry…)

Sad news folks.

Sad news indeed…So that happened during the recording process of the forthcoming Treponem Pal’s Album?I didn’t even know that Marco reformed “Trepo”, which is of secondary importance now …Paul was a great bass player.Saw the man once, with KJ in Paris in 2003,rocking on stage …I’m choked…

Great musician, so sad he left so early. It’s ironic that Last Sucker was the last album where he played and the same album is the “funeral” album for Ministry.

Rest in peace Raven.

I think he played bass on the new PRONG album “Power Of The Damager”.
Only released in the last few weeks.

Supposed to be an absolute belter of an album too. A real return to form for PRONG.
I hope it is a fitting swansong for a true legend…

Or it’s Monte Pittman behind the bass. I’m not sure but that name came out while looking Prong from myspace.com.

I think he might be in the touring band…!!!

I read a review of the new album that mentions Paul Raven as bassist on it.
But there’s no mention of who played on the album on the official website.

But that’s all beside the point, anyway.
