Ah yes, the days when I was in college were spent just watching “The Den” with Ray, Zig & Zag and Dustin - hilarious stuff.

Especially when Podge was in it, or in disguise as Postman Patrick. Remember when they used throw “Ted” at Ray, and he had to pretend to be wrestling with it. Quality.

What’s his face, Damien McCall isn’t have as good as ol’ Ray!

The late night quiz show with Phil Alexander is called Popped in, Crashed out. I’m sure I’ve seen Michael on there too?

As well as soundtracks Speedball features in the movie S.F.W- but not on the actual soundtrack release itself..which I always thought was weird! And the film’s shit so nevermind…

There was some BBC drama film thingie on BBC2 back in 94 where they played the first three tracks from Troublegum during a party at one of the characters houses or something.. no idea what it was called though.

And then there’s Eastenders! They played Loose on there in the background when it was released, plus there was a Face the Strange promo poster up on the wall for a while too. The BBC seemed to have liked T? for a while, they also used the drum opening to bloody blue when they did a comedy night on BBC2 a few years back.

No doubt there’s been a poster on a villain’s wall in the Bill too..everytime they bust a drug addict or robber there’s always a rock/ metal band poster on the wall! Aaah..not cliched in the slightest eh?

Title: weirdest place…

ok, i signed up to the message board especially to share this with all you therapy? fans - the weirdest place i HEARD therapy? was on mtv news last week - they had an article about christina aguelleria (don’t know if i spelt that right, but anyway…).

basically, the article was about her being a wee scragg. some guy (or gay?) from o-town was saying that she looked slutty and they played a clip from loose (your body is loose, and you’re going down)

i though this was pretty funny.

anyway, i also saw an infernal loove poster on eastenders way back in 1995, and one time ricky was changing the oil in a car and something from troublegum (i think it was nowhere) was playing on the car stereo.

also on time i was in vancouver around 1997 and there was this tiny shop with therapy? postcards in it, which i though was weird seeing that they didn’t even have such things in belfast.

so there you go…

weren’t two different tracks used on Game On in two different episodes?

I’m sure they played Nowhere while Matt was trying to skateboard in the house and a bit of Screamager another time.

They used Die Laughing in the movie “Seperate Lives” from 1995, with James Belushi and Linda Hamilton in it. If I remember it correctly you hear the song in a bar or nightclub.
Maybe the song is even on the official soundtrack, if there is one… Check out http://us.imdb.com/Soundtracks?0111125 which has the details.

Oh yeah, that reminds me - one for Irish people here.

In “Fair City” (Irelands answer to Coronation St.), I saw a huge street poster advertising Therapy?s gig at the Point, Dublin ‘95.

Too bad the episode was shown a couple of months into 1996.

Jesus, how sad am I that I remember that?

Title: Where is the strangest place you have heard a Therapy? tune? (merged)

In the first series (I think) of “Trigger Happy TV” they played Diane over part of the show. A totaly random tune as there was no link to any Diane or Therapy? I guess they just liked the song.

Has anyone heard them anywhere else bizarre? A wedding, funeral or TV show perhaps?

Here in Ireland we have Gaelic football and hurling, and on TV these shows aren’t known to have good taste in music (the average sports nut in Ireland couldn’t give a fuck about good music) but lately, they played Screamager over a highlights package.

I was working with the crew at those matches and I got them to play Screamager, that was a year or more ago though.

They used Screamager when he was tarting himself up after chatting up the pizza delivery lady and getting her to deliver it to his house herself. He was trying all these different outfits on in the mirror. That was the episode that finished with him blasting out the Manics’ From Despair To Where. Am I the only guy who thought the original Matt was best?

I’m racking my brains actually, cause I swear I heard ‘Little Tongues First’ on something once!

I never saw the original matt, they only ever repeated the ones with Neil Stuke (or whatever his name was) as Matt. Still enjoyed it though!!

The DSF guys seem to love T? as they used Rust for a trailer for American Football, I guess. And the German HA cds have a DSF sticker on.

The original Matt was Ben Chapman ( I think that’s his name anyway ) he went on to a career in Hollywood ( well, he was in The truth about Cats and Dogs with Uma Thurman and that film that was released a while back with Nicole Kidman where he gets a Russian wife ), a far cry from his first jobs in Burger King adverts! I always find it weird that when an actor leaves a series they get somebody who looks nothing like the original to replace him!

On Friday, July 4th, I put THE CROW on my PS2 and watched it for the 100th time (I exagerate, but still, it feels like it). During the scene when Ernie Hudson first confronts Brandon Lee after Guidion’s Pawn shop goes up in flames, I noticed something. In the first shot of Hudson approaching Lee with his gun out, my eye’s were somehow diverted to the wall behind him. There, in all it’s glory was a NURSE poster. I even re-wound and puased it to make sure (it’s kinda dark), and sure as shit, there it was. I don’t know how I never saw it before. Anyone else notice it?

P.S.: sorry if this is old news, but I’m kinda new here and, like I said, I can’t believe I never noticed it, as much times as I’ve seen the movie.
