Five minutes into the new year and this happens. Sorry to hear about this too, though I wasn’t the biggest 3CR fan around, I admit they were a good band.

Rest easy Keith.

RIP KEITH, i got on msn and a friend informed me of this, at first i wont lie I did ask who keith was, then when i learnt who he was I was devestated, a friend of therapy? is a friend of mine, and 3cr were a criminally underated band.

This is a big loss. I’ve only known him from his subbing in Therapy?, but there he did an admirably great job. He just seemed like such a natural musician to me.

Holy shit, this is bad news.

Had the pleasure of meeting him during the Marconi Sessions a couple of years ago when he filled in for Neil, very very friendly guy and
great drummer.

RIP.

This is really sad.I had the honour of playing at the Yorkshire House in Lancaster owned and run by Keith and his brother. They were true gents everytime and only too happy to help.In one of our songs I used the Teethgrinder beat(you know th 2 snare one) as a nod to him.Afterwards they said “it was a good set, but you totally ripped off Therapy? for that beat!” =)

I’ll raise a glass.

I met Keith when 3CR were splitting up and he seemed gutted - I can’t believe he’s no longer with us. I was a huge 3CR fan, met them a couple of times and Keith was always gung-ho about the music. R.I.P. Does anyone know what happened?

Very sad to hear , RIP Keith.

Met him once and a genuinely nice bloke.

From what I hear he suffered a heart attack but I stand to be corrected on that.

Can’t believe that he’s dead. I got into 3CR quite late on but was hooked as soon as I heard them. Am still to this day listening to all 3 of their albums, each one absolutely stunning. Was always holding out for a reunion of some sorts. If you’ve never heard them buy ‘Pure’, then follow up with ‘Revolt’ and ‘Union of Souls’ I believe that if you love Therapy? then you’ll love 3CR (the live album ‘Nuclear Hoiday’ aint half bad either) R.I.P.
