If I was a betting man I’d say the Cure were nearing the end of their natural lifespan so I’d be tempted to say “see them while you can”.
And I think QOTSA are a bit cack too, so I WOULD say The Cure, wouldn’t I?!

Thank you Dennis for your advice… I already have my ticket for the Cure. Then this question is not really asked indeed. But to see them while I can is what I try to do as often as I can to do it. I never saw QOTSA live and I really want to see them as well. However my other matter is the additional-unplanned money spending. Maybe I’ll do both. Maybe not. Anyway I really want to see QOSTA.

Still got nothing in my gig diary until Down in April, but I am looking forward to that like I haven’t anticipated a gig in years.
Suprised Iron Maiden’s show at Twickenham is still being advertised. I’d have expected that to sell out ages ago. As I’ve never seen them I quite fancy that but with the cost/ travel and the fact that there’s no doubt be a live DVD/ CD from this tour anyway, I can’t be arsed.
PS Hi Divers, long time no see!

^ I saw Down a couple of years ago, and have to admit, i was pretty disappointed. Phil Anselmo just kept stopping during songs to talk complete and utter nonsense!!
I’m going to see them again this year, just to see if it was maybe an off night for him.
Also looking forward to The Gutter Twins, but that’s not til April either.
Hoping to go see The Cult on Mon and then i’m going to Velvet Revolver on the 20th March.

Actually come to think of it I hope the next gig I go to is my own band, but I won’t hold my breath on that one!

Go - Was brilliant - they have sooo many great tunes. Good mix of songs in the set list - Ian Astbury has a great voice and really pulls it off live!
