What happened to Joey jordison with regard to Ministrony? Was he just playing on a few live dates or did I imagine it all?
Is he back to the day job recording a new album with Don’tSliP?

He did a couple of US tours with them last year. Ministry is a bit of a revolving door of musicians… I think I read that the guy from Static X was gonna play bass seing as Raven went and died…

lmao
is that copy and pasted from a site?
bet someone had a right laugh there
seriously would it harm to play cardiff arena instead of bristol, 90% of people at bristol gigs are welsh anyway, its just so much easier to get to cardiff and back than bristol.

From their website:
For its spectacular two-and-a-half-hour “C U LaTouR” set, Ministry will perform tracks from “The Last Sucker” as well as songs that revisit the band’s rich and provocative 30-year musical history. Archival Ministry videos plus other visual elements of alchemy, Christianity, politics and other topics aligned with Ministry will be incorporated into a special video presentation, produced by Ministry music video and Wicked Lake feature film director Zach Passero that will change night to night.
Sounds fucking good!

Cool, they are scheduled to play the Tripod in Dublin (never been there before). Sounds like just the setlist I would like to see. I like the new album, but just feel that Al gradually let the electronica element of his music slip away - still kicks ass though.
Will probably be going to this one…

I’ve seen the setlist that they are playing on the US leg of the tour - its all from the last 3 albums, with Burton from Fear Factory coming on in the Encore to do Theives, NWO, Just 1 Fix and the songs off the new cover CD - not very much in the way of older stuff at all.
I dont think there was anything of Land of Rape & Honey, Filth Pig, Dark Side of the Spoon, Animositisomina… onyl 1 song off The Mind.. and 2 off Psalm 69.
Not exactly spanning the 30 years…
Then again - there were Americans on there slagging them off for not playing Halloween!!
