I spend nearly all my time at work now. Luckily I’m getting paid weekly and by the hour, so I can see why I’m doing it.

Aren’t you coming home yet? :(

Nearly missed that!

3 years you say? Well you’ll be delighted to know they redecorated. It’s almost exactly the same as it was, but i bit cleaner. Apart from the kitchen, obviously. Anyway I’m off there now - time to win £50! My how the weeks fly by. I shall be sure to give your fondest love to Graham and Maria ;)

it has finally happened. they planted a websense filter on the server, and i can no longer open the WoM at work. This sucks bigtime, but I guess I can understand why they do it. We also had the “great” news that our offices are moving out of brussels, which means an extra 80km for me per day. We’ll see how long I can do that.
Now I’m at home preparing a paper I have to do for music class. I’m never getting it ready in time, and I have a piano exam in 2 weeks and I still can’t play all the pieces. Can you feel the stress :-)

You really should get a cosmetologist to take a look at those roots, btw.

Anyhow I survived, and I’m home in God’s Own County. And I went through Accrington, birthplace of our lord.

Morning Gav :)

On a serious note i think i fucked up by asking her how many hours it would be as i forgot to add if i got it, which she added for me, think it sounded a bit cocky, then i diddnt shake her hand as i left, and i wasnt in the best of states, just gott out of a boiling hot college, and I was covered in sweat, and my nose started running.

@mrs h, which job are we talking about? CEO of Gracious Me Enterprises, resident shoe fetishist or Mustaine-style coffee mogul?

Hebden Bridge is noted for having significant numbers of alternative New Age types and a gay and (especially) lesbian community. In the 1980s and 1990s a lot of lesbians moved there, and to neighbouring Todmorden, to raise their children in a place of mutual support.[8] As of 2004 Hebden Bridge had the highest number of lesbians per head in the UK

It doesn’t surprise me - these are however, not the porn star type lesbians made famous by those ‘arty’ european style dvds, but the skinhead, boiler suit & doc martin clad, ‘bulldog-licking-sour-piss-off-a-thistle’ style ladylovers…

@Jess - don’t worry about it, I wasn’t sure if it was still your number anyway. I was just blown away by the scenery, it’s a long time since I’ve been through and it was such a gorgeous day! :)

@Gav - I’m glad to hear it :)

@Mr Bomb - Mustaine-style coffee mogul of course. You got the CEO position because you were the only applicant and you got the foot fetish thing because nobody else could carry it off with such attention to detail :)

@Gimme - Wikipedia is not to be trusted. That said, in this instance I think it is probably correct :)

The sky isn’t blue it’s black. it appears blue because the blue light gets scattered about when it bounces off crap in the atmosphere, yellow light is a bit less erratic and doesn’t scatter so much which is why the sky looks blue but the sun looks yellow. Don’t they teach you anything in school these days?

Morning Gav :)
