Maybe,it’s too late for you to prepare things for going over there, but there’s the Hellfest in France, this week end :

Last year, the weather’s conditions weren’t as good as it should have been :Wind,Rain,Mud…Mastodon, for example, fucked his performance up because of that…

ya its a bit too late for Hellfest, it looks great. Fucked up badly as I thought I was heading to Ministry tomorrow in Dublin but turns out its next month, feel like a right dick let me tell ya. Carcass, PL, Dillinger, Opeth, MDB, Anathema… I fucked up big time

not too bothered with heavyness or even if its just one day of a fest. The 2nd day of the gods of metal thingy in Italy looks alright, 3 bands that I would like to see are at it, Carcass, Dillinger and Meshuggah. Thanks for the tip Derm but its a bit too steep for my pockets, sadly.

I dropped both. Feel like a right gimp. Only realised when I got onto my friend last night about staying in Dublin after the Ministry show, felt like a right tit.

I once turned up to a Cult of Luna gig, to find the venue in darkness and an abscence of like-minded CoL fans milling about - only after checking the ticket whilst stood outside a deserted Jillys on a wet Wednesday evening did we realise the gig was the following Tuesday!

Duh! - at least you realised now, rather than wasting 2hrs on a 50 mile unecessary round trip - and it cost me £4 to park! what a twat!

That happens a lot Gav. What’s worse is when the door staff don’t check the ticket properly and let you in anyway!!! :)

Sadly - there were no door staff to let me in… could have been worse - I could have been ushered in to a Madina Lake show or something.
