Don’t you already have an ID card? As of age 12 we all get it here. And i heard on the radio yesterday that as of today even all donkyes and hprses need to have them. These crazy people did forget that those animals do not have quite purses or wallets to carry them around but, but hey, why think about the details …

It’s not the id card, it’s the database that goes with it that’s the problem. http://www.no2id.net/IDSchemes/whyNot.php#notcomparable

Just read a very funny item about the Russian airforce dumping a bag of cement powder from a plane in the hope it would burst open and dissolve a cloud , so it would give better weather on the 12th of June when they celebrate the end of the Soviet Union.
No surprise the bag didn’t burst and went through a roof in a Moscow suburb.
I’d say bring back the old Soviets , such amateurism wasn’t heard of in their days.

What an odd thing to say. Surely the fact that they’re not attached to legs anymore would be _some_ sort of clue.

I did think it was bizarre that they felt they had to point out that right feet don’t float differently to left feet. If only that were true of dancing.

I did have an image of hydrodynamic feet, ploughing through the water, curving towards the big toe. If a boat was shaped like a foot, I’d bet it would have a tendency to curve in one direction. Mind you, feet don’t tend to have outboard motors. Not typically.
I guess what I’m saying is that I’m surprised the feet don’t go in two different directions. :D

Gotta admire the thought that went into such a hilariously evil prank:
