The train joruney is 7 hours and is going to cost 60 quid 3 months in advance or a hundred at the time, which i doubt ill be able to afford. 7 Hours doesnt bother me, ive done equally as long journeys on the train quite a few times

Im actually going to ask around and see if anyones up for driving up, i know a good few people who will ejaculate over this line up

wish i still lived up north, it would only be a 3 hour journey for 20 quid then

I saw them in Dublin a few years back - was a nice trip down 90’s memory lane.

Just make sure that you don’t piss off Keith Kaputo - he can be a bit of a drama queen and may storm off stage…

I remember before our gig they were playing in Stockholm and he wasn’t satisfied with the moshing in the crowd. He said something along the lines of “I hope you all drive home drunk and die!”.

Our gig was fine though - only played one song off Broken Valley (wanna be STP album) and the rest was all off the first two albums :-)

I saw these guys at Download and had never heard of them before…thought they weren’t too bad considering i didn’t know any of their songs. Is this band some sort of well kept secret, they have been around a while havent they?

Anyway, back to topic - Backyard Babies in September - - - YES!!!!!!!

Next Sat Iggy & Stooges and “Thin Lizzy” at “Race & Rock” in Seinäjoki here in Finland. Has anyone of you seen this lineup of “Thin Lizzy”? So what can I expect from them, who´s singing etc? I never saw Phil Lynott when he was alive and kicking…

John Sykes is singing. He’s the guitarist who was with them at the very end of the Phil Lynott era. Out of all the Thin LIzzy axe heroes, he’s probably the least famous!
