not much of an insight really. It sound grand, as long as Andy refrains from singing about zoo animals, motherfuckers and voodoo dolls then it may be good.

Surely they are going about this the wrong way? Shouldn’t they take Metallica’s lead and charge us excessive amounts of money for short, bootleg quality studio footage?!

I wouldn’t be surprised if there’s an instrumental on the new album. the name Mingusisyphus sounds like the a name you would give an instrumental track, although the clip shown very likely is not mingusisyphus.
I like it, sounds like another curveball of an album!

Actually, the Mission Metallica price actually is for the album. The footage is just the incentive to buy the album instead of download it. And the Mission Metallica footage is actually better quality than this.
Plus if you buy Mission, you also get a free download of the album at CD quality while the actual CD is in the post. Postage Free.
;)

My point is that you aren’t paying for the footage, It’s a bonus for pre-ordering the album. I actually think It’s a pretty clever move.
If you want to see all the best footage and enter competitions- then you have to buy the album and not download it… I just happen to know of a site where all the platinum stuff is uploaded for free :p…
Finally, you don’t think the therapy? Clip is to advertise the album? What is it for exactly? ;)

I didn’t say the T? click wasn’t advertising the album! Quite the opposite in fact.
Anyway this isn’t the Metallica thread, and yes I know it was me that brought it up but to keep it on topic:
I think the T? clip shows a level of experimentation that was absent from OCFA for the most part. Hard to make any judgement from one small clip that may not even make the album but I am encouraged by the clip all the same.

They rather give us living signs as they are starting to have actualities. Don’t they ?

its only a rehersal colin, if any of elements of it make the album it will sound a million times better, the rehersals of nane and ocfa soud nothing on the album and shouldnt have to, its so early in the process right now.

Listen naysayers, can ye not reserve judgement until the album comes out? If you don’t like a WORK IN PROGRESS (sorry for caps, but some of ye are forgetting this lil’ caveat) then wait until the finished version to lambaste it. I’m sure it disheartens the band when people insult their work when they have the generosity to upload a film of them rehearsing.
I wish Therapy? in future don’t bother to upload anything before the release date as people attack it without considering it’s not a finished product yet. I personally like it, but if I didn’t like it, I wouldn’t comment negatively upon something that is still in a nascent state. I’m not saying we all should love it like a bunch of sheep, just cease with the negative comments.
