I dont think the last one is as good as Reo Grande Blood but it is still decent - they are quite ‘samey’

I’m gonna see them tonight at “le Bataclan”,Paris with a good friend of mine…And as Mr “Buck Satan”,with his band, is doing People of Paris the honour of playing 2 gigs in a row,I may go to the second gig at “L’Elysée Montmartre”.
Except’ Rio Grandé Blood, I haven’t listened much to their earlier stuff to “revise” for months (or even for years)…

Ah Just came back from their gig in Paris…I haven’t imagined before that a ministry gig was so athletic as it was the first I had seen them live (I removed tons of sweat from my skin :D ) .
I managed to catch a plectrum that Tommy Victor (an amusing and amazing guy during all the gig BTW)threw to the crowd, first I couldn’t check it as we were in the black but once outside the venue,I noticed that it was designed and personnalized especially for him …I was very happy to get one :) (I know it sounds childish) .
And compared to the setlist posted by mr self destruct,They played Louis Armstrong’s What a wonderful world instead of Under My Thumb tonight.

^ That’s actually what they played in Köln too…I just copied and pasted it without noticing the change.
I’d be well pleased to catch one of Tommy’s plectrums too by the way :D He is a good live performer.

Damn,Sammy, I could have caught on Sunday night and given you one : when the lights came back, with my friend we were chatting,as I was so happy to get one and suddenly a dude running to us shouting “excusez moi, excusez moi” .I thought he was looking for his underpants or so …But He took from the ground another Tommy’s Plectrum really next to my foot  …And no chance for me, for Yesterday night at “L’Elysée Montmartre” The dude from whom I could get a ticket for cheap finally changed her mind and used it for going there …so I couldn’t fight for another Plectrums battle :D …
Here are some Vidz, I found on the net,e from le Bataclan gig,the sound and image ‘s quality could appear rougher than yours :

Saw them last night, cracking gig, the sound was fantastic. Though the set list was strange, up until the encore everything was off the last 3 albums. The gig started a bit early so it took a while for the crowd to get really going, the place went mad for So What, just one fix etc. They really should have played a more varied mix but hey who am i to argue with Al.

Yeah, was there Friday as well - good gig.
He has been playing this setlist all tour, so I had been listening to the G.B. Bashing albums in preparation.
Am glad that I finally got to see them live, but a mixed setlist would have been cooler.
Wonder if he will “really” retire the band or not.

I thought it was great. Fence + Ballons = fun fun fun. I really thought they could have played so more of the older stuff, just to get some of the older fans rockin. The place went mad for the older stuff.

What was that microphone thingy that Al had? Couldn’t get a decent look. As for the fence, at least there was a gap in the middle. The guitarrists even came out the sides, so wasn’t quite as bad as I was expecting it to be.
Ah, I had a good time, but yeah, few more old tunes would have been sweet.
Motorhead gig next :-)
