It’s some kind of a top 30 on the belgian radio, where listeners can send their top 3 to.
You can vote for it on http://www.stubru.be then go to “kies een programma”, “De afrekening” and on the right of the screen you see “stem zelf!” then you’ll see a form where you can fill in your top 3 + e-mail and adress…(don’t know if your adress is needed)
Maybe it’s a bit complicated if you don’t understand Dutch
