Alright everyone,
So, I’ve joined a gym, trying to gain a few stone, on the protein shakes.. can someone tell me how much grams (g) of protein the human body can digest at any one time?
My gym is telling me 30g of protein at any one time, but the guy in Totally Fitness (a big fitness shop place) told me 45g of protein.
Bit of a contrast between the two really, but does anyone know?
