should i just play the cd and leave the vinyl intact? like those people who doesnt remove the plastics from their couch, or from the screens of their mobile phones?

Vinyl should be played, not just collected. Break the seal (carefully) and let it live!

In my experience, Play is quite reliable. Amazon too, for new releases.
HMV’s website seems really slow to send things out.

I’ve bought loads of DVDs on Play, always arrive promptly. Never bought a new release cd, though, so don’t know how soon you’ll get it in relation the release date.

I used to order new Therapy? albums from Play also, but unfortunately An Post aren’t the swiftest.
I ended up receiving the album a week after the official release date - since NANE, no more (except for other artists, as I tend to be more patient).
Prefer walking to the shop.

I picked up my copy today.
I have to admit I couldn’t resist the temptation to download it already 2 weeks ago and found myself listening to it a couple of times a day since. The novelty factor aside this is one of their best albums to date in my book.
The songs, arrangements and lyrics are excellent and the production/mix hits you like a fist in the face. Especially the bass lines kick so much ass and complement the drum rhythms in a way that leaves my mouth open. I think I hear some future live classics :-) I won’t name any songs in order not to spoil the fun for those who haven’t heard Crooked Timber yet ;-)
Congrats and thanks for this album gentlemen, looking forward to see you on tour.
