He’s obviously just taking the proverbial there.

Not his biggest fan but after meeting him and having a chat around a gig some years ago must admit I really liked the guy.
Softly spoken , no misplaced superstar behaviour and actually a good sense of humour.
If it wasn’t for the fact he was already ‘dressed’ for his gig I’d have invited him to my local for a pint with the gang.

Its not a video - its just audio.

Its an interview with him, he basically makes no fucking sense - he’s off his tits on something… at one point the interviewer asks him about his fans - and he starts blathering on about ceiling or desk fans… he also asks if they want to fight him at a couple of times during the chat.

Listen, it’s well worth it for the comedy alone

that night i left madrid swearing that i’d not go to see any of those guys on stage again… but later twiggy joined NIN…

To me he used to be the god of fuck, now he’s just a fucked up shell of what he once was, unless its all a publicity thing and is an act, apparently its only his festival shows that seem to end up hit and his actual gigs are meant to still be good, so maybe its an act to get some attention.

As a person I couldn’t care less, and it was getting to the point musically I couldn’t either but his new album has changed that view, it’s really good imo. The song Running To The Edge Of The World is a brilliant piece of music, as is most of the rest of the album.
