Sound-proofing help needed

Sooo, I wanted to set up my acoustic kit and have a go at recording some drum covers, just for fun. We have some space in a room in the house but my neighbour is Satan’s grandmother so I need to find a way of sound-proofing the room as much as possible for as little cost as possible. Can anyone suggest anything?

,amm thats so out of order.. if someone did that to me..well if they TRIED ..id be either breaking theryre armor calling the police..
